By using our photographic materials you acknowledge the following guidelines for the use of the German Wine Institute’s
photo library:
The photographic materials can be published exclusively in conjunction with topics that are related to German
wines and sparkling wines.
The photographic materials can be used exclusively for press purposes. Use for other purposes,
e.g. commercially, is subject to other conditions. Please contact us for details.
The use for press purposes is free of
charge.
The use of our photos is permitted exclusively in conjunction with the following acknowledgement: Source: “German
Wine Institute” or “Deutsches Weininstitut” or “DWI” with the name of the relevant photographer,
e.g. “German Wine Institute/Hartmann.”
Alterations to our illustrations, manually or electronically, are only
permitted with the written consent of the German Wine Institute.
Transmission to unauthorized third parties is not permitted.
After
publication, please send us two file copies.
The publication of our photographic materials is subject to the journalistic
principles of the German Press Council.
We appreciate your interest in the subject of German wine. These guidelines are
designed to promote fair cooperation and we are confident that you will adhere to them.
