Jubilée: German wine ambassadors compete for 75th crown

For this year's election of the 75th German Winequeen, a strong team of applicants from 12 German wine-growing regions will compete.

As part of the preparatory seminar for the election, the German Wine Institute (DWI) created portraits of this year's candidates. The text portraits are available as PDF and online on the German Wine Queen's website. (PDF 2MB)

Save-the dates

The preliminary decision will take place on saturday, september 23rd in the Saalbau in Neustadt/Weinstrasse. Here the 12 applicants will have to present their personality and expertise during a tv show in order to achieve one of the five coveted places in the final.
