Wines of Germany USA launched its new image campaign, "Taste the New," in Los Angeles with Matthew Kaner of Bar Covell and Augustine Wine Bar, Food & Wine magazine’s Sommelier of the Year (2013).

Internet wine sales topped £800 million in 2015, which represents ten to eleven percent of the overall British wine market. Those figures were announced by the German Wine Institute (DWI), drawing on a survey conducted by Wine Intelligence, a market research institute.
