With 400 expert visitors from trade, gastronomy and the media, the 19th "Riesling, Pinot & Co" fair in the Netherlands was very well attended. Numerous sommeliers took the opportunity to taste German wines selections from over 40 exhibitors.
EcoWinner: Best organic wines of the year awarded
At the 27th ECOVIN EcoWinner competition, 95 wines won medals in 14 categories. An independent expert jury tasted and rated 442 organic wines in Oppenheim on June 21st.Read more
Good vine blossom bodes well for the new vintage in Germany

European Winemaker's Championship: "WeinELF" takes third place
This year's VinoEuro, the European championship for winegrowers' football teams, took place in the Czech Republic from June 1st to 4th. The German "WeinELF" team took third place, after Portugal (2nd) and the host country (1st).Read more
